FloopFloop is operated by Dream Ops BV, a company registered in The Netherlands (Hamerstraat 3D, 1135GA Edam). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the FloopFloop platform (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile image. If you sign in with Google, we receive this information from your Google account. If you register with email and password, we store a securely hashed version of your password.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including prompts you submit, project configurations, deployment activity, and feature usage. This data helps us provide and improve the Service.

Technical Data

We automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and referring URLs when you access the Service.

Payment Data

If you purchase a subscription or paid features, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Generate and deploy web applications on your behalf based on your prompts and configurations
  • Improve the Service, including our AI capabilities, using anonymized and aggregated data
  • Communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support
  • Ensure security, detect fraud, and prevent abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. User-Generated Content

When you use the Service, you may submit prompts, project configurations, and other input content. The Service generates application code and deploys web applications based on your input.

Your projects are private by default. You may choose to make a project publicly visible in the FloopFloop Library, where other users can view and clone it. You are responsible for the content you choose to make public.

We may use anonymized and aggregated content to improve the Service, including our AI models and platform functionality. We will not publicly associate your identity with anonymized data used for improvement purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting, compute, database storage, and application deployment
  • Cloudflare — DNS management and content delivery
  • Google — OAuth authentication for sign-in

These services have their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data. We select providers that maintain appropriate security and data protection standards.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

As a company registered in The Netherlands, Dream Ops BV is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection laws. Where your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Project data (including generated applications, prompts, and configurations) is retained according to our retention schedule unless you request earlier deletion.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and receive a copy
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Deleteyour personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Preference cookies — store your settings such as theme preference (light/dark mode)

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but this may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
