One project, one initial build, and three free refinements. Your project lives at *.floop.tech with a small "Built with FloopFloop" badge and stays publicly visible. You get 500 MB of storage and 10 K AI tokens per day. There is no time limit — you can stay on Free as long as you want. To remove the badge, go private, or build more than one project, upgrade to Starter or higher.
Credits are FloopFloop's currency for AI work. A new project build costs 5 credits, a chat refinement costs 1, redeploying without changes costs 1, and cloning a public project costs 2. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance (Starter 75 / Pro 200 / Business 500). If you need more, you can buy top-up packs at any time without changing your plan.
Existing projects keep running normally — public URLs do not go down, scheduled jobs keep firing, custom domains stay live. What stops is new AI work: you cannot start new builds, run refinements, or clone from the library until you either buy a top-up pack, upgrade your plan, or wait for next month's allowance to reset on your billing date.
Yes, but only for a limited window. Unused credits from your monthly allowance roll over for one month on Starter and two months on Pro and Business. After that they expire. Top-up credits you buy à la carte don't expire — they sit in your account until you spend them. Free-plan refinements don't roll over.
Yes. Open Billing → Top-up and pick a pack: 25 credits for $5, 75 for $12, or 200 for $25. Top-ups are charged once, applied instantly, and don't change your subscription. Top-up credits never expire, and they are spent only after your monthly allowance is used up — so you don't accidentally burn the pack you paid for.
Nothing is deleted, but anything beyond the lower plan's quota is suspended. If you have 10 projects on Pro and downgrade to Starter (5 projects), 5 of them go offline — you choose which. Custom domains revert to floop.tech subdomains on Free, the FloopFloop branding badge comes back, and private projects are forced public on Free. Re-upgrade and everything reactivates exactly as it was.
Yes. From Billing → Plan, switch any direction: monthly to annual, annual to monthly, or annual to a different plan. Switching to annual prorates: we credit the unused portion of your monthly subscription against the annual price. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual period — we don't refund the year mid-cycle, but you keep all the perks until the year is up.
Yes, within 14 days of the original payment, as long as you have not consumed more than 25% of that period's credits. Email support with your account email and the invoice number. Top-up packs are non-refundable once any of the credits in the pack have been spent. We always refund 100% in cases of duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, or technical failures we caused.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your monthly allowance for that period is fully usable. After the period ends, the unused monthly credits expire. Top-up credits stick around — they belong to your account, not your plan, so you can still spend them on Free or after re-subscribing. Projects move to the Free quotas (1 project, public, with the FloopFloop badge).
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your raw card data — Stripe holds the card vault and we only keep an opaque customer ID. You can manage cards, view invoices, and cancel directly from the Stripe-hosted billing portal we link from your account.
Yes. Open Billing → Invoices and add your company name, address, and VAT/Tax ID under "Tax details". Future invoices generated by Stripe will include those fields and the appropriate tax line. Past invoices can be re-issued with the new details on request — email support with the invoice numbers you need updated.
No — credits are shared at the workspace level on Business. Every team member draws from the same monthly pool of 500 credits. The Owner and Admins can see who spent what under Workspace → Usage. If you want to cap individual usage, set a per-member soft limit in the same panel; the user gets a warning before they go over.
Stripe automatically retries failed cards three times over a week and emails you each time. Your account stays fully functional during this grace period. If all retries fail, the subscription cancels and the account moves to Free quotas — projects beyond the Free limit are suspended (not deleted). Updating the card and re-subscribing reactivates everything in its previous state.
Yes. If you spend more than $500/month or operate as an agency building projects for clients, contact sales — we offer 10–25% off bulk credit packs (1 000+) and a separate "Agency" workspace tier with multi-client billing, branded invoices, and a higher project quota. The standard Business plan covers most use cases below that threshold.
